Disclaimer: I will not be performing traditional psychotherapy through Blossom Peer Support. I do not contract with insurance, nor do I believe the service I provide is healthcare. However, I will utilize concepts and ideas pulled from psychotherapy models.

    • Are you newly exploring or transitioning your gender? I would love to help you navigate the thoughts and feelings associated with gender expansiveness.

    • My graduate program was focused heavily on Integrated healthcare, and I therefore have a solid understanding of how to navigate both physical and mental health care. Additionally, I have the lived experience of a trans person who has navigated HRT and surgeries. I would be happy to talk through these processes with you!

    • As a person with many minoritized identities, I am very aware of power dynamics and make a point to focus on justice in the spaces I occupy. One of my greatest passions is restorative justice, and I would love to help you navigate conflicts or community situations.

    • Between ten years of personal experience with therapy and five years of social work school, I have amassed a lot of psychoeducation knowledge. Once equipped with the knowledge of how our bodies and emotions function, it may be easier to self-regulate.

    • I am well-versed in queer theory and identity, restorative justice, and social change strategies. I am consent-focused and justice-minded. I am passionate about conflict management and community restoration.

    • I understand cultural humility and seek to understand difference. I attempt to honor the intersectionality of each individual.

Pricing

  • All new clients must schedule a free consultation. This will allow us to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

  • I utilize a 45-minute model to allow myself time to write notes and prepare for the next client I may have. After your first session, you may opt to schedule 45-minute and 90-minute sessions in the future.

  • If you have a topic you’d like to discuss at length, it is possible to double-book me for a 90-minute session. These longer session must be preapproved during a previous session as they require more planning for me as a clinician. These sessions can allow us to tackle a big concept or move more intentionally through difficult topics.

*Disclaimer: This is a base rate. A sliding scale is available and some sessions are available at no cost. I hope to be as flexible with pricing as possible.
